Standard samples take 7–15 days depending on complexity. If you need custom materials or hardware, allow 15–20 days. Sample cost is refunded on first bulk order over 1,000 pieces.

Typical production takes 25–45 days depending on order quantity and customization complexity. Orders under 1,000pcs usually ship in 25–30 days. Larger orders (3,000–5,000pcs) may take 40–50 days.

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and Western Union for smaller orders. For repeat customers, we can offer more flexible terms after 3 successful orders.

We ship FOB Xiamen (our nearest major port). CIF, CFR, DDP, and DAP terms are also available. For urgent orders, we support air freight. Full container loads (20GP/40HQ) offer the best per-unit cost.

We offer multiple logo application methods: embroidery (most premium), screen printing, heat transfer, woven labels sewn in, rubber/silicone patches, and metal badges. We'll recommend the best method based on your design and material.

We follow AQL 2.5 inspection standards. Every order goes through inline inspection during production and a full final inspection before shipment. First orders receive 100% QC. We also provide inspection reports with photos before shipping.

Yes. We are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified and can produce bags using recycled rPET fabrics, organic cotton, recycled nylon, and other sustainable materials. We also offer carbon-neutral manufacturing options.
