Typical sampling runs 6–10 days and bulk production 35–50 days once the sample is approved. For buyers, the two cost levers are EVA compression mold tooling (roughly US$3,000–$10,000 per size) and material density — lower grades yellow and crack under UV, so we spec UV-stabilized EVA and run drop/load testing before shipment.
