In 2004, I started Junyuan Bags from a small studio in Quanzhou with a single belief: quality is not negotiable. With a background in material science and a deep respect for craftsmanship, I set out to build something different — a factory where technical precision meets creative ambition.
We made a strategic decision early on to focus on golf bags — one of the most technically demanding categories in the industry. Golf bags require precision structural engineering, premium materials, and flawless finishing. Mastering this category gave us a competitive edge that carries across every product line we've since developed.
Those first few years were about mastering fundamentals: perfecting stitch density, testing material durability under extreme conditions, and building QC systems that would later become our competitive advantage. By 2008, our reputation for uncompromising quality earned us our first international contracts.
Today, our 30,000 sqm facility houses everything from R&D to final inspection. We've delivered over 5,000 custom projects for 200+ brands across golf, outdoor, pet, travel, and lifestyle categories — spanning 100+ countries. What hasn't changed is our founding principle: we treat every client's product as if it were our own brand.

What is your MOQ for custom bags?
+Our MOQ for test orders starts at just 50 units, allowing you to validate product quality before committing to larger volumes. Standard production MOQ is 300–500 units depending on the product category and customization level.
What is the typical lead time for mass production?
+Mass production typically takes 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and complexity. Sample production takes 7–10 business days. We maintain a 98.3% on-time delivery record across 590+ orders.
Do you offer free samples?
+We offer free design consultation and 3D renderings within 48 hours. For physical samples, sample costs depend on customization level but are fully refundable against your first bulk order. We believe in earning your confidence through quality.
What certifications does your factory hold?
+Our factory holds ISO 9001, BSCI, SGS, GRS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH, CPSIA, FDA, CE, and RoHS certifications. We also follow AQL 2.5 inspection standards. All certification reports are available for audit upon request.
Can I visit your factory?
+Absolutely! We welcome factory visits and can arrange a comprehensive tour of our 30,000 sqm facility, including production lines, R&D lab, sample room, and QC inspection area. We can also assist with hotel bookings and airport pickup in Quanzhou.
What payment terms do you accept?
+We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Trade Assurance for order protection. Standard terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. For repeat customers, we offer flexible payment terms based on order history.
Do you provide design services?
+Yes! Our team of 15+ experienced designers offers full OEM and ODM services. Whether you have a complete tech pack or just a rough concept, we can develop production-ready designs. We deliver 48-hour 3D tech packs and develop 200+ new designs per year.
What is your quality inspection process?
+We follow a 5-stage QC process: incoming material inspection → in-line production check → pre-shipment inspection → AQL 2.5 final inspection → pre-loading audit. Every order undergoes comprehensive testing for stitching, zippers, hardware, and material integrity.
Can you handle small batch orders?
+Yes, we support orders starting from 50 units for test runs. This is ideal for DTC brands, startups testing new products, or brands expanding into new categories. While unit costs are higher for small batches, we keep margins fair to support your growth.
How do you ensure IP protection?
+We sign NDAs with all clients before any design discussions. Your designs, molds, and proprietary materials are stored in a secure, access-controlled area. We never share client designs between customers, and all tooling belongs to you. We've maintained a zero IP breach record over 22 years.
