Our Story

JUNYUAN BAGS began on the factory floor, not in a sales office. Our founder entered the bag manufacturing industry in 2004, spending a decade learning pattern-making, material sourcing, line balancing and export quality standards before establishing QUANZHOU JUNYUAN COMMERCIAL AND TRADING CO., LTD. on 22 August 2014.

That decade shaped how the company still works today. Because the founding team came out of production, we quote from a real bill of materials rather than a target price, we flag construction problems at sampling instead of at inspection, and we tell buyers when a design will not hold up in mass production — even when that answer costs us the order.

Over the past decade we have grown from a small trading operation into a full OEM/ODM partner covering more than 30 bag categories, with in-house design, sampling coordination, quality control and export documentation handled by our own team in Quanzhou. Our customers are brand owners, retailers, promotional distributors and e-commerce sellers who need a manufacturing partner that can hold a specification across repeat orders.

What We Manufacture

How We Work With You

1. Brief and quotation

   Send us your target category, quantity, material preference and market. We come back within 24–48 hours with a costed quotation built from an actual bill of materials, including fabric, hardware, lining, labour and packaging.

2. Design and artwork

   Our design team turns your reference images, sketches or existing product into a technical pack: construction drawing, material spec sheet, colour cards and logo placement. ODM buyers can also select from our existing moulds and patterns to shorten development.

3. Sampling

   Pre-production samples are produced in 6–10 business days. You review fit, finish, hardware, stitching density and colour accuracy before anything goes to the line. Sample fees are credited back against the first bulk order that meets the minimum quantity.

4. Bulk production

   Bulk runs 35–50 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on material lead times and order volume. You receive weekly progress photos and a production schedule from day one.

5. Inspection and shipping

   Every order is inspected to AQL 2.5 / 4.0 before packing, with an inspection report and photo set issued to you. We ship FOB, CIF or DDP depending on your preference, and handle export documentation, carton marking and barcode labelling.

Quality Control and Compliance

Quality is managed at four checkpoints rather than one. Incoming material is checked against the approved spec sheet before cutting begins. The first article off the line is inspected against the approved sample and signed off before mass production continues. In-line checks run through the production window on stitching, hardware and dimension tolerances. Final inspection applies AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor before cartons are sealed.

Production runs through our affiliated and partner factories in Quanzhou and Fujian province. These facilities are audited by our own QC team on working conditions, equipment capability and quality systems, and they are managed directly by JUNYUAN rather than through intermediaries. Because we are a trading and manufacturing partner rather than a single owned plant, we can move a programme to the facility best suited to its construction — which matters when a design calls for capabilities one factory does not have.

Material documentation — fabric composition, colourfastness, tear strength, REACH and CPSIA compliance where applicable — can be arranged through third-party testing labs on request, with reports issued in your company name.

Is JUNYUAN BAGS a factory or a trading company?

JUNYUAN is a manufacturing and sourcing partner. Our company handles design, sampling coordination, quality control, export documentation and customer service directly, while production runs through our affiliated and partner factories in Quanzhou and Fujian province, which our own QC team audits and manages. This structure gives buyers the flexibility of multiple production capabilities without losing a single point of accountability.

QUANZHOU JUNYUAN COMMERCIAL AND TRADING CO., LTD. was established on 22 August 2014 in Quanzhou, Fujian, China. Our founder entered the bag manufacturing industry in 2004, so the team’s cumulative experience in bag production and sourcing spans more than two decades.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per style and colour across most categories. Golf bags carry a lower MOQ of 200 pcs because of their construction and material usage. Mixed-colour and mixed-size orders within a single style can usually be combined to meet the minimum — ask us with your breakdown and we will confirm.

How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Pre-production sampling takes 6–10 business days from approved artwork and material confirmation. Bulk production runs 35–50 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on material lead times and order volume. We issue a production schedule with weekly photo updates once the order is confirmed.

Which bag categories can you manufacture?

Our core categories are golf bags, backpacks, travel and duffel bags, tote bags, pet bags, tool bags, cooler bags, sports bags and diaper bags, covering more than 30 adjacent sub-categories. If your product falls outside these — for example a specialised medical or industrial bag — send the spec and we will tell you honestly whether we can build it well.

Can you produce under our own brand and packaging?

Yes. We manufacture fully under your brand, including woven labels, printed logos, custom hardware, hangtags, polybags, inner boxes and retail-ready cartons. We can also apply barcode and retailer compliance labelling to your specification. Our own registered trademark, KEEP PERFECT, is used only for our in-house lines and never on customer-branded goods.

How is quality controlled before shipment?

Quality is checked at four points: incoming material against the approved spec, first-article sign-off before mass production, in-line checks during production, and final AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor inspection before cartons are sealed. You receive an inspection report and photo set with every order, and third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek can be arranged at your request.

What are your payment and shipping terms?

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy, and we can discuss letter of credit or other arrangements for larger programmes. We ship FOB from Xiamen or Shenzhen, and can quote CIF or DDP depending on your destination and preference. Sample fees are credited back against the first bulk order that meets the minimum quantity.
