Every construction decision on your programme is written down before a needle moves — seam type, stitch count, reinforcement, hardware and finish. The numbers below are what we hold on standard programmes; anything stated in your tech pack takes precedence.
We do not publish facility output figures. Capacity, equipment and line allocation for your category are confirmed during the facility walkthrough.

Quotation
FOB Xiamen quotation with material, hardware and labour broken out line by line — not a single lump figure you cannot interrogate.
Sampling
Proto and pre-production samples in 6–10 days from design approval. Sample cost is credited against the first bulk order.
Approval
Fit, material and logo sign-off in writing. Nothing moves to bulk production until you have signed both the sample and the material card behind it.
Production
35–50 day production window with milestone updates and inline QC throughout. Changes after approval are quoted before they are made.
Inspection & Shipment
Final AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor inspection, third-party inspection welcomed, then FOB Xiamen with packing list, carton marks and loading photographs.
