Yes. A pre-production sample is made from your artwork, material and spec, and ships in 6–10 days after approval. Samples are charged at cost and the charge is refunded once the bulk MOQ is confirmed, so a serious program carries no net sampling cost.

FOB price is material cost plus labour, hardware, printing or embroidery, packaging and inland freight to the loading port. Four variables move the number most: fabric weight and coating, number of compartments and seams, branding method, and order quantity. Send your spec and target price and we return a landed-cost breakdown within one business day.

We quote FOB Xiamen or FOB Shenzhen as standard, and can arrange CIF or DDP on request. Ocean freight suits volume programs, air freight suits launch quantities and replenishment. Export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin — is handled by our export team.

Every bulk shipment is inspected to AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, covering stitching, seam strength, zipper function, hardware pull, dimension tolerance and colour match against the approved sample. Pre-shipment inspection reports are available before the balance payment.
