What is the minimum order quantity for custom sherpa purses?

The MOQ for personalized sherpa purses is 500 pieces per color or style. This covers all variations in fabric, hardware, and logo application. JUNYUAN BAGS has maintained this MOQ for more than a decade.

How long does sampling take for a teddy tote bag?

Standard sampling takes 6–10 business days from design confirmation. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available for an additional fee. Sample costs are refundable against the first production order of 500+ units.

Can I customize the strap style on the sherpa purse?

Yes. We offer detachable guitar straps, chain straps, leather straps, and woven webbing in various widths and colors. Custom strap designs are available with a 500-piece MOQ per style.

What material is the teddy tote bag made from?

The base uses premium faux leather (PU or vegan leather) for structure, while the upper panel features soft sherpa teddy fabric (100% polyester pile). Both materials are cruelty-free and durable.

What quality inspection standard do you apply?

Every batch undergoes AQL 2.5 inspection per ISO 2859-1, checking stitch strength, zipper/clasp function, color fastness, and hardware durability. All products carry a 12-month warranty.

Do you provide retail-ready packaging?

Yes. Each purse is packed in an individual poly bag. Custom packaging—branded boxes, dust bags, tissue paper, hang tags—is available for 500+ piece orders at no additional setup cost for repeat clients.

What payment terms are available?

We accept T/T (30/70), L/C at sight, and Western Union. Long-term partners with 2+ years of cooperation may qualify for extended payment terms.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. JUNYUAN BAGS ships to 60+ countries via express (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3–7 days), air freight (7–12 days), and sea freight (20–35 days). FOB Quanzhou and CIF terms are both available.
